Al Safa is a residential area; Interchange No. 2 (Pepsi Interchange) of Sheikh Zayed Road forms the southeastern periphery of the locality.Al Safa terminates at Interchange No. 3.Al Safa is divided into two subcommunities — Al Safa 1 and Al Safa 2, which house extremely affluent residential communities. Al Safa and Al Wasl are two quiet residential areas close to Jumeirah that are popular with families. The area is populated with mostly highly-priced villas (old and new) set in established streets with traffic-calming speed humps and ample parking. Kids can ride bikes and play outside safely. Nearby you will find Jumeirah Beach Road with its leafy sidewalk cafes and boutiques is just down the road and Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates are a short drive away. The weekly shop can be catered for at Spinneys Centre, Park & Shop or Choithram which are all close by. |

A popular area for those in search of cheap rents, this is the heart of ‘old Dubai’. Many buildings are several decades old but there have been a number of new developments become available recently. If you can look past the heavy traffic and lack of parking, it’s a bustling, atmospheric section of the city and many a pleasant evening can be had exploring the souks, heritage sites and creek-side alleyways. Nearby there is Deira City Centre & Ghurair City cover off the malls for this area and you’ll also find plenty of small groceries, dry cleaners and the like within walking distance. The beautiful and popular Al Mazmar Beach Park is a short taxi ride away . |

Downtown Burj Khalifa |

It is the home of some of the city's most important landmarks including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fountain. Downtown is very well designed, You can walk from the Burj Residences to Dubai Mall through parks, where you can also jog right next to Burj Khalifa. You can have a lovely view of the Dubai fountains. You can access everything you desire comfortably. It is very central, only 1.5 hours to drive to Abu Dhabi and about 15 minutes to ‘old’ Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates. The Old Town Island is mostly low-rise residential buildings, in addition to three hotels and Souq Al Bahar. Emaar Boulevard, The Residences and South Ridge comprise high-rise residential towers. And Emaar Square is a low-rise office complex. |

Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, It will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. Dubai Marina offers high-rise district home to residential apartments, serviced apartments and hotel towers offering an array of entertainment venues and restaurants. Construction started over a decade ago and over the years the area has grown into a fully-fledged waterfront lifestyle destination complete with marinas, beaches and promenades (JBR Walk) along the sea and its 3.6 km man-made canal (Marina Walk), snaking through its midst. Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is a master-development in its own right fronting Dubai Marina along the shoreline. |

Emirates Living District is the combination of ultra modern residential communities and commercial property developments. All over green area to live in, a house with a garden for your dog. The Springs is already an established community, with public areas finished off, trees are grown and it has some nice facilities. The fact that there are lakes also makes a huge difference to live. All villa looks over the lake and that is really enjoyable to walk around them with your dog. You can walk from one community to the other via the lakes.
The location is also convenient with access to Sheikh Zayed and Al Khail Road. You are only 10 minutes away from the Mall of the Emirates for major shopping. Locally it is quick to pop into the convenience stores. There are two - the Spinneys at the community centre and Choithram closer. You wouldn’t be too far from the beach either, 10 to 15 minutes by car.

Dubai International city is a country-themed architecture of residences, business, and tourist attractions. Located at the intersection of the Emirates road and Dubai-Hatta road, International City is an out of town low-rise apartment block development that boasts some of the cheapest rents in Dubai. The neighbourhood is divided into clusters named after different countries and each cluster has its own ‘theme’. It’s a bit soulless but still remarkably good value for money for those who don’t mind being some distance from Downtown and New Dubai. The area has its own selection of barbers, grocers, restaurants etc and it’s adjacent to the massive Chinese discount market, Dragonmart. |

Dubai Festival City is a large residential, business and entertainment development in the city of Dubai. Dubai Festival City is the Middle East's largest mixed-use development. Low-rise apartment blocks and villas are available in one of Dubai’s newest commercial, retail and residential developments. The area has a feeling of space and greenery with homes situated around a golf course. The community is adjacent to a massive shopping mall and well served by new roads in what is a fairly central position. |
